GVC.SiteMaker Paid Support
GVC.SiteMaker is Open Source, there are no licensing fees associated with it. GVC offers optional, professional paid support and hosting services. The cost for support depends on the site of the site and the level of support needed.
Support Levels:
| Level I | Application Support: 3 people point of contact, accessible between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST) Server Support: 24X7, with a 2 hour initial response time and 4 hour resolution |
| Level II | Application Support: 2 people point of contact, accessible between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST) Server Support: 24X7, with a 4 hour initial response time and 8 hour resolution This is the minimum support level when GVC is hosting the service. |
| Level III | Application Support: 1 person point of contact, accessible between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST) No Server Support as solution will be hosted solely on customer's servers |
