Sweet beginnings- September 15 and 17
Sisterhood
invites all our Hebrew school students to kick off the new school year
with lots of fun games and goodies to make the year ahead extra sweet.
Monday and Wednesday September 15 and 17, 4:15 – 6 pm.

are having fun at the Sweet Beginnings, we invite all our Hebrew school
parents to meet and mingle with old and new members of Sisterhood.
Samplings from Zingerman’s and Plum Market Bakehouses. No need for
membership or RSVP. Just show up in the Adult Lounge.

Two part health series
Together
with several other female Jewish organizations of Ann Arbor, Sisterhood
will co-sponsor one out of two health lectures during the fall. The
topics will cover Breast and Cardiac Health.

Hoch’ma – Women of Wisdom
Sisterhood
presents the all new program WOW, Women of Wisdom; A
multi-generational event to learn the stories of our more mature and
worldly senior Sisterhood members. Each of our “WOW” will be matched
with a younger member for an interview and a presentation at a
celebration. For this annual event we will invite our TBE WOW’s over 80
years of age to take part, and celebrate with their friends and
families along our TBE congregation.

Just when the dark and
gloomy weather get the best of you, we’ll put some sparkles in your
life by inviting you to a complimentary dinner with entertainment
(given your dues are paid of course.) Date January. TBA
Sisterhood Shabbat Friday-Saturday February 6-7, 2009
Please
join us for a spiritual evening where our National WRJ board member
Sharon Benoff will present the Torah portion on Friday night Shabbat
service and then offer a more deep going group discussion on Saturday.
